SCOPE & CONTRIBUTION
  • Led the end-to-end technical direction of a workflow application within a group of four, shaping the solution architecture, user flow, and MVP implementation.
  • Designed the core product structure from user journeys through to feature flow, using UX thinking, Figma planning, and practical workflow diagrams to keep the build aligned.
  • Built the modern development and deployment workflow, including project structure, implementation approach, and cloud-based delivery thinking.
  • Drove the application from concept to functional MVP, balancing product thinking, architecture decisions, and hands-on implementation across the stack.
OUTCOME

Delivered a complete end-to-end workflow application that demonstrated leadership in product thinking, technical delivery, cloud architecture, and modern deployment practices.
